CLI provides 100% of project costs for to-be-built facilities in exchange for a lease with lessee buying out CLI for $1.00 at the end of the lease term. If unrated, company needs to show approximately $125 million+ in annual Net Income on a consistent basis. Governments are also considered. Absolute triple net with Lessee buying out CLI for $1.00 at the end of the lease term. 10-30 years CLI's initial annualized rent on a 20-year lease for example, has an interest rate close to the 20-year U.S. Treasury Note Yield.
